REFUND POLICY

COURSE REFUNDS

You have 60 days to access a refund. You must first fill out and submit this form, including sending in one completed homework sheet (of your choice).  Either you must upload a completed homework sheet or you must email it.

You will be contacted within three business days about your application for a refund. If your answers are incomplete or vague, you will be asked further questions. If it does not appear you have actually engaged with the course, a refund will not be granted.  

Because the refund policy will be listed in each course sales copy, you will be held responsible for being unaware of the refund policy. 

CLOTHING & MERCH RETURNS 

Because the Shop is a print-on-demand shop, we cannot accommodate returns unless something arrives actually damaged. If it arrives damaged, please send quality photos to [email protected] You are encouraged to find a favourite shirt that fits well and compare its measurements to the size chart provided on each item's page. It's logistically impossible to swing a returns process for print-on-demand items, and also make a profit. The items are made for you when you order them, and they might even be coming from multiple print shops, shipped directly to you from the printers. 

However... you are welcome to try to find a buyer for your purchases in The Matriarchy private online community. :)

COACHING REFUNDS

At any moment in time, you can cancel your coaching package and receive a refund for services and products not yet rendered. If time has already been spent producing artifacts for you (posters, decision-making models, personalized guided meditations, etc), you will be charged for them and they will be sent to you by the deliverable date agreed upon in your contract, or sooner. All efforts will be made to turn them around immediately so that you're comforted in knowing that no work took place after you said, "Stop."
